The raw materials are exported as such, under those circumstances, without having to pay any personnel expenditures.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Naturally, the earnings have nowhere else to go but down. Last year, the average rate for domestic private-owned export companies to have such circumstances were some 53 _____. 1961, Ever since the Korean National Bank first started it&#8217;s Census Department, this has been the lowest.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>With the rising oil and gas prices along with the rise in the Korean Won, and the delayed recovery of domestic demands, are all reasons for lowered earnings.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This year, things haven&#8217;t gotten much better.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Right now, whether it be the rising Won, or the gas prices, or even the rising prices in raw materials, because these aren&#8217;t problems that you can&#8217;t solve in the short term, for the time being, shouldn&#8217;t the companies have to go through some hardships?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Especially since the earnings of big enterprises are quickly falling, _______ are also lessening.
